Supreme Court Injustice 12 Dec 2000

It is now a proven fact reported by Author Jan Crawford Greenburg that our system of checks and balances in the United States government failed the people of the United States in the Case of Bush Vs. Gore, that failure made the diasterous Presidency of the Appointed President possible against the clear will and vote of the majority of the American people which will FOREVER stain the reputation of the United States Supreme court and the precious system of checks and balances created by our founding fathers in the Constitution of the United States.

The central fact as reported by Greenburg from the 4 non conservatives on the Supreme court was: If the case had been opposite that is "Gore Vs. Bush" the Supreme Court would not even have taken the case leaving the fair ruling that all the votes in Florida be recounted by the Florida State Supreme Court therefore Al Gore would have been rightly and justly become President of the United States fulfilling the Will of the American Electorate.

The 4 very Conservative Justices and 1 Moderate Justice (persuaded) are directly responsible for the Last 6 years of the most Incompetent, Abusive, Destructive Presidency in every second of the existance of the American Nation.

For the sake of politics, personal belief, religious belief our Supreme Court in the persons of 4 men and 1 woman forever Disgraced the whole reason for its being the branch of government that above all else preserves and protects the Constitution of the United States and its very foundation The Right to Vote and Have that Vote Counted.

And the effect will linger for generations to the detriment of the American People in that the Incompetent Bush has appointed a Chief Justice and an Associate Justice even less inclined to preserve and protect the Constitution for personal politics.

History will judge, Damn and Condemn them in the minds of free men and women everywhere for all time.
