Dear Don Imus,

I don't watch your show often but I have a few times over the years.

Please, Quit apologizing. You've done it and once is enough. If those you offended can't accept your apology just leave it as that's their problem. A true Christian person would accept your apology, forgive, and forget. Yes, that's the real Christian way, the way Jesus Christ himself commanded and lived by example even to his murderers.

If the leaders of the Civil Rights movements decent and honorable men that many of them are can't accept an apology then that only reveals the sad low that movement has sunk too. There are so many more important issues concerning human rights than the mispeaking of a broadcast comedian.

I'm appalled people who proclaim themselves Human Rights advocates and Equaltiy advocates should be calling for your firing. Astounding, and beyond hypocritically transforming themselves into the fascists they have said they are against.

It amazes me that in the name of Freedom people want and demand to take away the freedom of others.

For example, I'd love to Ban Eternally Rap Music which I'm forced to hear by it's loudness and in your face brutality by those who knowingly know you don't want to hear such vulgarities period. Yet, one mispeaking by a broadcast comedian brings such a national tornado of condemnation by blithering idiots practicing discrimination, prejudice, racism and Anti-Democratic principles all of course in the name of anti discrimination, anti-racism and pro Democracy.

It doesn't make sense at all to me.

Hang in there Sir. Talk to the young ladies you insulted. They have a right to their opinions but leave it there. That's all you can do. Refuse to be a victim or crucified. Don't let it become your problem. Let the enimies of freedom wallow in their own misery and contradictory philosophies.
