The Law Breaker, the Constitution Shredder

Our President in revolting continuation of his disregard for the Constitution and the rule of Law which he considers himself above now has declared that his incompetency has the sole right to open the private first class mail of any American citizen when and where ever he and he alone decides for any reason whatsoever.

Recently when signing the Postal Act which clearly reaffirmed the scantity of our Mail appended what is called a signing statement completely voiding the very law he was signing. Our revolution was fought against another imperial George who thought he had the same right.

No one would deny the President the right to open mail of a terrorist suspect with good cause with due process of law which requires a warrant which is almost 100% of cases any President would get and quickly. No one would deny the President the right to do so even without a warrant in a case such as the emergency of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. In his case I don't see how that would work because in that event all he did when Andy Card told him we had been attacked was sit and stare blankly while a child was reading My Pet Goat for 8 full minutes.

God protect America from this Lawless President during the next two years and God preserve the Constitution of the United States and the American People should be the fervent prayer of all Americans.
